Beautiful day. Beautiful river. I felt a bit like I was riding a bull trying to keep my easel in the ground.

Cork and Canvas Painting Sessions
You don’t have to be an artist to go and try something new, and have fun! Bring your favorite buddy, some of your favorite photos, a snack, and something to sip, and walk away with real art that you created! You will be making your own art from a photo! We will be working in pastels on sanded paper which is a wonderful, vibrant, forgiving medium. All materials provided.
These classes are offered on three Saturday evenings in June. Each of the three evening sessions will be slightly different, and you will learn important art fundamentals such as value, color, composition, and texture.
Try one session, or come to all three! Discount offered if you purchase all three sessions. Click the buttons below for more information, and to purchase!
Dates: June 2, 16, and 30, 2018
Location: Sunnyvale Texas (about 15 miles east of downtown Dallas)

We are driving across West Texas today. The wildflowers have been delightful! I love all to imagine what is down all those side roads. And to further imagine what would, or could happen when we get off the beaten path whether it be the highway, or just the course we are heading.

“I am going to try to pay attention to the spring. I am going to look around at all the flowers, and look up at the hectic trees. I am going to close my eyes and listen.” -Anne Lamott
