“If we are all going to be destroyed by an atomic bomb, let that bomb when it comes find us doing sensible and human things—praying, working, teaching, reading, listening to music, bathing the children, playing tennis, chatting to our friends over a pint and a game of darts—not huddled together like frightened sheep and thinking about bombs. They may break our bodies (a microbe can do that) but they need not dominate our minds.” -C. S. Lewis

For a small group of artists, stuck at home, I am teaching my first online workshop! We are making community and art. If you have been thinking one day I would like to learn to make art, and find yourself with unexpected time at home I would love to work with you too! Perhaps at the end of this time you could have a new skill and a collection of original works of art you created!

Art and Medicine

Yes, that is a cello and a harp. Yes, the music got into my painting, and yes, I am grateful to be participating in Baylor Hospital’s amazing Arts and Medicine Program.
