Heading west, and enjoying the landscape change. Nothing but horizon as far as the eye can see on the Texas – New Mexico border. I love it when you can spy a summer rain falling in the distance.

Fascinating
When I grow up and build my dream house, I’m furnishing my master bedroom in the colors of west Texas/east NM… nothing compares to the rich and somehow dusty tones there 🙂 and I agree, there’s something special about the distant rain.
though OK red dirt has a magic all its own too 😉
